What is the role
As a Learning Experience Designer for BITCADET, you’ll develop impactful
training materials and workshops for our e-commerce clients and their
teams. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences that
improve their understanding of e-commerce growth strategies and digital
marketing best practices.
What to expect
This job is remote. You’ll collaborate with international teams and use
various learning management systems and content creation tools to design
and deliver effective training programs.
You’ll be using:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery
- Articulate, Captivate, or similar tools for e-learning content creation
- Video production and editing tools for instructional videos
- Live and pre-recorded workshop delivery
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in learning experience design, preferably in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing training materials and workshops
- Proficiency in e-learning content creation tools and LMS platforms
- High School diploma
Level Up
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for educating and empowering others to succeed
