What is the role

As a consultant for BITCADET you’ll be helping shape the future of manufacturing. You’ll be working with teams from multiple departments and helping foster long-term bonds with clients. You get to both own part of a project and help through the role-out and adoption of your work.

If you enjoy bringing cutting edge digital technologies into traditional manufacturing, using a diverse set of skills, and working in teams, this may be the role for you.

What to expect

This job is predominantly remote, with visits to client sites. You will be working with cross-functional international teams and using current software to guide your project and team through the process. You will be hosting meetings regularly and maintaining the expectations of many parties.

You’ll also be:

• Working to gain additional contracts
• Assessing post-project success
• Maintaining knowledge on current digital trends and opportunities
• Participating in process improvement projects

What we are looking for

• History of project management or project success
• History or working in teams
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal, and strong presentation skills
• Knowledge and willingness to continually learn and understand digital trends
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Level Up

• History working in consulting
• 3+ years of progressive job growth
