What is the role
As a Customer Feedback Analyst for BITCADET, you’ll help our ecommerce clients gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to
continuously improve their products and services. You’ll design and
implement surveys at various stages of the customer journey, interpret the
data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
What to expect
This job is remote. You’ll work with cross-functional international teams and
use survey platforms and data analysis tools to drive customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
You’ll be using:
- Survey design and implementation tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey,
Qualtrics) - SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Collaboration with marketing, product, and support teams
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in customer feedback analysis, preferably in
e-commerce - Proficiency in survey design and implementation tools
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Python, or R
- High School diploma
Level Up
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business
growth
