Position Summary:

We are on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a real passion for making calls and engaging with leads. The heart of this role is in the conversations you’ll have; it’s about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and introducing our services in a way that resonates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spend the majority of your day on outbound calls, engaging warm leads and sparking interest in our digital marketing solutions.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to understand potential clients’ needs and align our services with their goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and scripts based on collective feedback.
  • Keep straightforward records of call outcomes and follow-up actions.


  • Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role with a strong focus on outbound calling.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • A team player who is open to feedback and eager to improve outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with dialers and CRM systems is a plus.


  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

  • Approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
